Installations
Manage installations along with product details, serial number and location of installation. A knowledge base of product installation guides, videos, FAQ are easily available in customers login.
Support Calls
Customer portal to raise a complaint which can be assigned to engineer from admin login. Engineer can complete the support call using engineer’s login. Customers will be notified once call completed.
AMC Management
AMC against installations along with provision of auto scheduling of preventive calls. Assigning support call limits during the AMC period. AMC details can be tracked by customer on the portal.
Repairing Material Inward – Outward
Repairing material received from customer, repairing material sent to Supplier or service centers, Repairing material received from supplier or service center, and then sent back to the customer.
Customer Portal
Customers from the portal can raise a complaint against to the installations or AMC. History of all the transactions such as Installations, Support Calls, AMC Service Calls and Repairing Material.
Engineer Android APP
Engineers can use android app to complete or update support calls assigned to them with solution details with Geo-Location tracking, Remarks, Material replaced if any etc.
